Scope Of Work
The primary goal for client was to develop a mobile application that enables nurses to seamlessly connect with hospital opportunities and manage shift processes. Additionally, an admin platform was needed to support facilities, hospitals, and agencies in efficiently managing job postings and tracking candidate activities. Oodles developed a user-friendly mobile app for nurses and a robust web-based admin interface, streamlining the job search process and enhancing operational efficiency for healthcare facilities. This solution aimed to improve the overall job matching and management experience for both healthcare professionals and institutions.
