The client approached Oodles to enhance user experience and improve the platform's performance and efficiency. The key goals included simplifying the process for users to find and book interpreters and optimizing the application’s performance. Oodles tackled these objectives by streamlining the onboarding process for new employees, optimizing the platform's code for better efficiency and maintainability, and addressing daily operational issues.
