- The Victorian Arts Centre is one of Melbourne's most celebrated attractions; this spectacular complex of buldings incorporates many facets of the arts. The National Gallery of Victoria contains a wide collection of paintings and works of decorative art from Europe, Asia and Australia.
- The Shrine of Remembrance is another popular attraction in Melbourne. The shrine was erected to honour of Australia's dead.
- Other attracttons include : the Royal Melbourne Zoo and Polly Woodside, a restored ship of the 1880's now used as a maritime museum of Melbourne.
- China Town is also a popular Melbourne attraction. Located in Little Bourke Street, it has many Chinese eating houses and merchant stores.
